The Department of Finistère, partner of the Brest episode of the 2021 Pro Sailing Tour.
The department of Finistère, with its territory brand “Tout Commence en Finistère”, becomes a partner of the first stage of the Pro Sailing Tour which will take place in Brest from May 19 to 23, 2021. This new circuit, dedicated exclusively to boats from the Ocean Fifty class, will see 6 teams compete sportingly, bringing together professional sailors. The skippers will meet each others, from Brest to Toulon, via La Rochelle, Las Palmas De Gran Canaria and Marseille from May to August 2021.
The Department’s support is also part of the “Nautisme pour tous” plan and people supported within the framework of social assistance for children will be associated with this event and will be able to meet, in compliance with the sanitary measures, the skippers and crew of these exceptional boats. The crews are indeed keen to share their passion and bring beautiful moments to young people.
